Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the EZ General Construction website, consultation booking, client portal, and the EZGC Crew app (together, the “Services”). Construction work itself is governed by the written agreement you sign with us, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

1. Consultations

Booking a consultation is a request for a free on-site visit. We will confirm the time by email. Either of us may reschedule or cancel; please give us as much notice as you can. A consultation does not create an obligation on either side to proceed with a project.

2. Client portal

The portal is provided to clients with an active or recent project so they can follow progress and communicate with our team. Your portal link is personal to your project — do not share it. Content in the portal (photos, videos, messages, schedules) is provided for your information; schedules may change, and photos show work in progress that may not reflect the final result. Messages may be machine-translated; if something is unclear, ask and we will confirm with you directly.

3. EZGC Crew app

The EZGC Crew app is for EZ General Construction foremen, supervisors, and authorized contractors only. Access requires an invitation from us and may be revoked at any time. Users agree to use the app only for EZGC work, to upload only job-site media, and to respect clients’ privacy and property.

4. Content and consent

Photos and videos our team captures during a project belong to EZ General Construction, but we treat them as private to your project unless you consent to their use in our portfolio or social media. See our Privacy Policy, Section 4. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other clients’ projects, interfere with the Services, or use them for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to protect the Services or other users.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided as-is. We work hard to keep them accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, EZ General Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing here limits our obligations under your construction agreement or applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be handled in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado, unless your construction agreement says otherwise.
