Privacy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Your house, your photos, and your conversations with our crew belong to you. We built our tools to hold as little about you as possible, on servers we run ourselves, and we never sell or share any of it.
The short version
- We do not track you. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies on this website. Not now, not later.
- This website loads nothing from anyone else. Fonts, images, and code are served from our own domain. Your visit is between your browser and our server.
- Photos of your house are private to you and our team unless you tell us otherwise, and you can change your mind at any time.
- Your data lives on servers we operate in the United States, not inside a marketing platform.
- We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
What we collect, and why
Visiting this website
Nothing about you. Our web server keeps standard logs (the address your request came from, the page, the time) for seven days so we can spot abuse, then deletes them. There is no account, no cookie, and no script from a third party.
Booking a consultation
Booking runs on cal.com, so when you book, cal.com holds your name, email, phone, address, and notes under its own policy. We receive a copy to schedule and do the visit. If the consultation does not turn into a project, we delete our copy within 90 days. This is the one place a third party sits in the path today; we intend to move booking onto our own servers, and this page will say so when we do.
Being a client
If you hire us we keep your contact details, the property address, the scope of work, the schedule, the photos and videos we take of the work, and the messages between you and our team. That is the whole list. It is stored on servers we operate, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the people working on your project can open it.
Our foremen and the EZGC Crew app
Our foremen and supervisors use the EZGC Crew app on their own phones. The app reads the phone's photo library for one purpose: to find photos taken at your job site (by when and where they were taken) and upload those. A photo that does not match an active job site is never uploaded. The app does not track where they go. They sign in with a one-time code sent to their work email; there are no passwords anywhere in our system.
Business records
Quotes, invoices, and payments are handled in Jobber, our field-service software, under Jobber's policy. We keep the client portal separate from Jobber on purpose: Jobber holds the paperwork, we hold the photos and conversations.
Photos of your home
Every photo we take during a project is private to your project by default. You see them in your portal; nobody else does.
When a project is finished we may ask whether we can show it on our website and social media. Nothing is published unless you say yes, and you can say yes with limits, for example no photos that show the street side of the house. Before anything is published we remove all location and camera metadata, and we never publish your name, address, or anything that identifies you. Photos that catch a house number, a face, a license plate, or a neighbor's property are cropped or left out.
You can withdraw permission whenever you like. We take the photos off our website the same day and remove them from our social accounts to the extent each platform allows.
Messages and translation
Our crew works in Spanish and many clients write in English, so messages in the portal are translated automatically. The text of a message is sent to Anthropic's Claude service for translation and comes straight back; Anthropic does not use it to train models and does not keep it beyond its short abuse-monitoring window. We store the original and the translation together so either side can check the wording. If you would rather no automated service see your messages, tell us and Enrique will translate by hand.
Where your data lives, and who else touches it
On servers we operate in the United States, with backups we also operate. We do not put client data in a cloud marketing platform, a CRM, or an advertising network. The complete list of outside services that see any client data, and what each one sees:
- cal.com: your booking, until we self-host booking.
- Jobber: quotes, invoices, payment records.
- Anthropic: message text, for translation only.
- Apple: delivers push notifications to the crew app. A notification says that something is new, not what it is.
- Cloudflare: serves this public website and, once you have given permission, the published portfolio images and video. Private project photos never go through Cloudflare.
No one else. If that list changes, this page changes first.
How long we keep things
- Web server logs: 7 days.
- Consultation bookings that do not become a project: 90 days.
- Project records, photos, and messages: for the period Colorado law gives homeowners to bring a claim about construction work, then deleted. Ask and we will delete sooner, subject to what we are legally required to keep.
- Portal sign-in links: single use, expire after 15 minutes. Signed-in sessions end after 30 days without activity.
- Foreman accounts: removed when someone leaves the company.
Your rights
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, give you a copy, or delete it. Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, along with the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data, neither of which we do. Call (719) 210-7331 or follow the deletion page; we answer within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the change appears here with a new date, and clients with an open project hear about it in the portal. The bar any change has to clear is the same as today: still collect as little as possible, still keep it ourselves, still never sell it.
